This delightful villa has the 'Best View of the Bay of Islands', extending from the picturesque Opua yacht haven past Paihia, Russell, Waitangi and to the Kerikeri Inlet at the far end of the Bay.
Offering luxury ensuite Bed & Breakfast Rooms and One and Two Bedroom Suites. All accommodations have waterviews and are meticulously maintained. Guests can choose a gourmet Kiwi or Japanese breakfast, which is serviced on our viewing deck (weather permitting). Each Suite has its own private deck equipped for outdoor living including BBQ.
Pleasing music played on our beautiful grand piano complements the panoramic view creating a unique ambience at the Villa.
Your hosts, Masae Serge has a passion for travel, worked for a travel agent in Japan, also as a Japanese tour guide in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, and personally travelled over 30 countries. She is now settled in New Zealand and enjoys meeting people from all over the world.

Two Bedroom Suite
Bedroom one has a NZ king size bed with a deluxe ensuite shower. Bedroom two has a queen and single bed with a deluxe ensuite tub with shower. Separate lounge (that can sleep4) with an ensuite shower and a small spa-pool, sofa, Lazy Boy chairs, TV, dining table and chairs. Full kitchen.
