We offer friendly B&B-Homestay accommodation set in 1.6ha/4acres of native bush and gardens on the Waitangi River. We are conveniently located just out of Paihia on the way to Kerikeri - a great location from which to explore The Bay and the rest of Northland.

Enjoy our private bush walk with many NZ birds, including Moreporks. Enjoy a quiet stroll down to the Waitangi River at the bottom of our garden. Ask us to point out the best swimming holes. Rest, read, or picnic on the rustic BBQ table while listening to the sound of the river and the native wildlife. Walk through our small olive and citrus grove and on a little further to feed our friendly goats & sheep grazing in the top paddock.

We'll happily advise you on local attractions and places to dine. If you'd like to join us for a gourmet evening meal, we can swap stories. Menu selections include NZ Lamb Racks, NZ Salmon, Kiwi Hangi and Italian. Rain-water from our reservoir is UV sterilized/filtered. NZ born hosts.

NZ $110 - $160 for 2 people

NOTE:

• Rates are per room per night from low season to high season in New Zealand dollars.
