One or two bedrooms available each with own ensuite bathroom- Villa & Roberton Room. Kitchen fully equipped and pantry is stocked with basic items should you wish to self cater. Full breakfast supplies. BBQ for guest use. Excellent drinking water.

All rooms have clear ocean views from a glass terrace running full length of accommodation. Roberton Room is available separately with continental breakfast provided. King/Twin bed, ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, small refrigerator, TV and video. Bedroom opens out on to small front terrace overlooking the ocean.

Hosts live in a separate wing on the property so you are ensured of privacy. All tours and cruises can be booked for you, but to just sit on the front terrace and watch the boats go by can be an experience of complete relaxation and tranquility. On a clear night, the stars in the night sky are awe inspiring. Russell township and good restaurants just 5 minutes away by car. Great walking track to Tapeka Point.
